About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development and implementation of products or foundational technology
  • Lead teams working on large features from technical design through completion
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure technical standards
  • Contribute to and maintain processes and standards
  • Accountable for quality of product within area of responsibility
  • Identify areas for improvement in process, architecture, design, and security
  • Lead large and/or complex projects from requirements to completion
  • Manage product and/or system level tradeoffs and design decisions
  • Contribute to product roadmap discussions and provide schedules and resource estimates
  • Lead discussions with customers and/or partners to explain solutions and gather feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors + 15 years of related experience, or Masters + 12 years of related experience, or PhD + 8 years of related experience
  • 2+ years of People Management experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Cloud native SW development cycle (Git, Jenkins, CI-CD)
  • Demonstrated experience in Development of Microservices and Virtualization
  • Demonstrated experience with TCP/IP Networking products and solutions
