About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development and implementation of products or foundational technology
Lead teams working on large features from technical design through completion
Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure technical standards
Contribute to and maintain processes and standards
Accountable for quality of product within area of responsibility
Identify areas for improvement in process, architecture, design, and security
Lead large and/or complex projects from requirements to completion
Manage product and/or system level tradeoffs and design decisions
Contribute to product roadmap discussions and provide schedules and resource estimates
Lead discussions with customers and/or partners to explain solutions and gather feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors + 15 years of related experience, or Masters + 12 years of related experience, or PhD + 8 years of related experience
2+ years of People Management experience
Demonstrated experience with Cloud native SW development cycle (Git, Jenkins, CI-CD)
Demonstrated experience in Development of Microservices and Virtualization
Demonstrated experience with TCP/IP Networking products and solutions
