About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets using advanced statistical techniques to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain data management processes and tools to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Collaborate with business units to identify operational challenges and implement data-driven solutions.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data quality and operational effectiveness.
Support automation initiatives to streamline data workflows and reduce manual effort.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational capabilities and data utilization.
Work with Data Custodians/Stewards and other roles to improve data quality, accessibility, and value for the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in working with large datasets, data analytics, ETL processing, operations, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, data visualization tools).
Experience supporting projects, including driving requirement gathering and supporting change management and adoption and an ability to identify process & systems improvements & enhancements.
Experience presenting to senior management and working with executive stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
