About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets using advanced statistical techniques to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain data management processes and tools to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with business units to identify operational challenges and implement data-driven solutions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data quality and operational effectiveness.
- Support automation initiatives to streamline data workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational capabilities and data utilization.
- Work with Data Custodians/Stewards and other roles to improve data quality, accessibility, and value for the organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in working with large datasets, data analytics, ETL processing, operations, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, data visualization tools).
- Experience supporting projects, including driving requirement gathering and supporting change management and adoption and an ability to identify process & systems improvements & enhancements.
- Experience presenting to senior management and working with executive stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
