About the role

Architect, design, layout, measure and productize ultra-deep sub-micron-based CMOS products

Requirements

What you’ll need

BSEE degree with 12+ years of experience, or MS degree with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years
Design, simulation and measurement of high-speed ICs in areas like high-speed serial links, voltage regulators, output drivers, phase locked loops, etc.
Experience with high-speed data converters and/or high-speed serdes preferred
High-frequency layout experience
Custom transistor layout experience
Experience with ESD laboratory practices and methodology
Proficiency in Cadence (Virtuoso), Spectre/APS/SpectreX, Matlab, EMX
Experience with mixed-signal simulations in AMS
