About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Architect, design, layout, measure and productize ultra-deep sub-micron-based CMOS products
  • Lead efforts for a large block on a complex chip

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BSEE degree with 12+ years of experience, or MS degree with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years
  • Design, simulation and measurement of high-speed ICs in areas like high-speed serial links, voltage regulators, output drivers, phase locked loops, etc.
  • Experience with high-speed data converters and/or high-speed serdes preferred
  • High-frequency layout experience
  • Custom transistor layout experience
  • Experience with ESD laboratory practices and methodology
  • Proficiency in Cadence (Virtuoso), Spectre/APS/SpectreX, Matlab, EMX
  • Experience with mixed-signal simulations in AMS
