About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- bridge the gap between ground breaking technology and tangible customer outcomes
- develop the future of service offerings ensuring solutions drive significant revenue growth and long-term success
- influence product roadmaps, financial health, and overall customer experience
- conceptualize, build, and launch Cisco Services and Use Cases aligned with product portfolio
- build compelling business cases and secure executive alignment to drive investment
- apply financial skill to forecast pricing, profitability, and discounting models
- serve as a central point of contact to streamline feedback from cross-functional teams
- lead the portfolio roadmap to ensure CX metrics are attained and identify "white space" to differentiate Cisco
Requirements
What you’ll need- Masters in business or STEM with 8+ years of experience, or PhD with 5+ years of related experience, or BS in Engineering, Finance, Marketing with 6+ years of proven experience
- 8+ years of experience in Product GTM, product management, or service sales within a technical environment
- Experience developing Partner Requirement Documents (PRDs) and leading service lifecycle principles
- Experience analyzing complex data sets and market trends to influence strategic business decisions
- Demonstrated experience in financial modeling for pricing, incentives, rebates, and/or profitability forecasting
- Technical certifications such as CCIE or CCDE preferred
- Professional certifications such as PMP or ITIL Expert preferred
- Experience working in Agile environments and technical support operations preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leadership without formal authority
