About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engages early and frequently with customers and partners
Works on high volume, transactional opportunities and supports consultative renewals with team

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of related experience
Bilingual (Spanish - English); Portuguese is a plus
Understanding of Renewal processes, procedures and systems used to accomplish the work
Familiarity with the broader underlying concepts in Renewal motion
Basic understanding of analytics and programmatic processes
Understanding of software subscription, licensing and support service contracting models
Discovery, negotiation, and closing skills at all levels
