About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the technical sales strategy to align Cisco’s architectures with the evolving needs of our customers
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Solutions Engineers
  • Translate high-level corporate goals into actionable sales initiatives
  • Engage with CXOs and key IT stakeholders to understand business goals
  • Oversee technical sales management for the region
  • Provide regular coaching and foster an environment of innovation
  • Leverage installed base insights and market trends to identify new opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity
  • Proven track record of managing technical sales initiatives within a regional or country-level scope
  • Experience engaging with high-level stakeholders (CXOs, Directors) and managing complex, long-term sales cycles
  • Turkish speaker is a must.
