About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the technical sales strategy to align Cisco’s architectures with the evolving needs of our customers
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Solutions Engineers
- Translate high-level corporate goals into actionable sales initiatives
- Engage with CXOs and key IT stakeholders to understand business goals
- Oversee technical sales management for the region
- Provide regular coaching and foster an environment of innovation
- Leverage installed base insights and market trends to identify new opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of related experience
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity
- Proven track record of managing technical sales initiatives within a regional or country-level scope
- Experience engaging with high-level stakeholders (CXOs, Directors) and managing complex, long-term sales cycles
- Turkish speaker is a must.
