Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with Cisco Business Units and suppliers to validate power circuit performance
  • Effective communication of complex technical issues in a dynamic environment
  • Resolve complex, multidisciplinary issues in power delivery circuits
  • Enable Cisco's AI growth and uphold commitment to high-quality products
  • Use technical expertise to identify and address contributing factors through corrective actions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering or equivalent fields
  • 7+ years of experience in electronic design, field applications, and/or component engineering
  • Experience resolving issues related to production and field failures
  • Experience or exposure to technical review for DFM (Design for Manufacturing), and manufacturing readiness
  • Experience on driving failure analysis to resolve performance and quality issues in complex components and assemblies
  • Experience on the building blocks, manufacturing/assembly, quality/reliability control processes for board mount power module solutions
