Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive workplace initiative strategy from concept through execution
  • Align initiatives with Cisco’s Connected Workplace vision and business requirements
  • Lead complex procurement events, contract negotiations, and agreements
  • Ensure third-party services and workplace deployments meet quality, employee experience, and innovation standards
  • Manage vendor relationships and partnerships
  • Liaise between Workplace Resources and internal stakeholders including Global Procurement Services and Legal
  • Lead Core – Context and Go to Market Strategy sessions
  • Analyze data and user feedback to improve workplace services
  • Apply AI-driven sentiment analysis and workplace metrics to enhance employee productivity
  • Use AI and agentic AI for scope development, bid management, bid normalization, analysis, and insights
  • Identify and deploy smart building technologies
  • Develop workplace technology support models
  • Collaborate across internal teams and external vendors to deliver workplace solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and Facility Management (FM) operations
  • Proven expertise managing large-scale vendor relationships, workplace events, and services
  • Understanding of current market conditions and risks related to CRE and FM vendors
  • Experience resolving contractual or governance-related escalations and disputes
  • Experience leading and scaling teams in complex environments
  • Experience with talent development, performance management, and collaborative culture building
  • Experience involving Procurement, Sales, and integrated workplace solutions
  • Strong leadership track record driving workplace initiatives from strategy through market launch
  • Background managing workplace service deployments
  • Ability to work in in-person and virtual environments
  • Onsite presence 2–3 days per week
  • Ability to align workplace solutions with long-term business objectives and market trends
  • Ability to navigate a global matrix organization and work across time zones
  • Proficiency using data to address operational challenges and improve employee experience
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate amid change and reprioritization in a fast-paced global environment
