About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow the Health & Services region
- Drive durable revenue growth and develop sales strategies
- Manage a team of sales professionals
- Foster strong customer and partner relationships
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to review progress
- Align and integrate solutions with customer needs
- Drive sustainable cross-portfolio growth through coordination and competitive deal packing
- Oversee consistent execution of sales strategies by streamlining processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years Sales Experience in account and channel
- 3 years Sales leadership experience leading high-performing sales talent
- Experience working with a broad range of Cisco technologies
- Federal and healthcare account experience, VA experience a plus
- Highly professional persona and polished demeanor
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Effective at delivering executive-level presentations
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC is a plus
