About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Draft and negotiate bespoke, complex sales and commercial agreements with major hyperscalers
  • Advise on AI- and IP-related issues
  • Provide counsel across direct and indirect sales through channel partners
  • Partner with Finance to structure deal terms consistent with revenue recognition policies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Sales leadership and Finance
  • Analyze and resolve complex business and legal issues
  • Ensure all transactions adhere to internal compliance, governance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements
  • Act as a proactive teammate and mentor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years of legal experience
  • substantial technology-industry experience supporting complex transactional matters for a multinational organization
  • expert knowledge of commercial, contract, and business law
  • proficiency in intellectual property, software and technology licensing, data use rights, privacy and security, antitrust, and export-import regulations
  • demonstrated experience negotiating high-value agreements with major hyperscalers
  • familiarity with data privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, EU Data Act)
  • high proficiency in standard desktop applications (Office 365)
  • excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
