About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing Executive VP's calendar and daily schedule
  • Prioritizing conflicting meeting requests
  • Supervising action items and commitments of executive
  • Following-up to ensure completion of tasks
  • Managing a running list of EVP's engagements
  • Working closely with communications team to ensure content needs are met
  • Planning and organizing meetings, preparing agendas and logistics
  • Creating travel packs for international trips
  • Acting as proxy for communications and approvals as authorized
  • Making in-depth global travel arrangements for EVP
  • Providing analytical support on special projects
  • Dealing with highly sensitive and confidential matters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in administrative environment
  • at least 4 years supporting at the SVP level or above
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft desktop computer applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in planning meetings and coordinating travel
  • Ability to navigate web and email with high competency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced desktop calendar management program experience
