Key responsibilities & impact

Drive a world-class supply chain experience for Cisco’s strategic customers
Establish governance frameworks, metrics, and standards for planning and fulfillment process optimization
Cultivate relationships with customer leadership
Translate complex strategy into execution
Capture long-horizon forecasts and technology transition roadmaps
Leverage advanced analytics and business process modeling
Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, and Operations
Shape process improvement strategies and prioritize initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 7 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Demonstrated experience with Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR)
Minimum of 3 years of experience orchestrating planning across multiple functions
Proven experience in supply chain project and program management
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA
Proven track record of managing multiple complex programs and driving consensus through high-level conflict resolution
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a global, cross-functional environment
