About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive a world-class supply chain experience for Cisco’s strategic customers
- Establish governance frameworks, metrics, and standards for planning and fulfillment process optimization
- Cultivate relationships with customer leadership
- Translate complex strategy into execution
- Capture long-horizon forecasts and technology transition roadmaps
- Leverage advanced analytics and business process modeling
- Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, and Operations
- Shape process improvement strategies and prioritize initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 7 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience with Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience orchestrating planning across multiple functions
- Proven experience in supply chain project and program management
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA
- Proven track record of managing multiple complex programs and driving consensus through high-level conflict resolution
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a global, cross-functional environment
