About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develops and maintains best in class Manufacturing Quality for all Acacia products.
- Collaborate closely with US based Operations, Quality, PLM and Design Engineering teams.
- Communicate and confirm CM quality requirements and drive use of quality metrics.
- Support audits of all types with quality sample verification.
- Ensure quality systems and best practices are in place for all new product launches.
- Support communication and analysis of customer failure information.
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS degree or equivalent experience in quality, engineering, or other relevant majors.
- Outstanding problem solving skills with strong statistical data analysis skills.
- Excellent written and good verbal communications skills in English required.
- Ability to travel regionally in Asia and occasionally to the US as needed.
- 2+ years of experience optical transceiver and/or electronic silicon wafer processing.
- Proficiency in Thai is a strong expectation.
