About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develops and maintains best in class Manufacturing Quality for all Acacia products.
  • Collaborate closely with US based Operations, Quality, PLM and Design Engineering teams.
  • Communicate and confirm CM quality requirements and drive use of quality metrics.
  • Support audits of all types with quality sample verification.
  • Ensure quality systems and best practices are in place for all new product launches.
  • Support communication and analysis of customer failure information.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS degree or equivalent experience in quality, engineering, or other relevant majors.
  • Outstanding problem solving skills with strong statistical data analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and good verbal communications skills in English required.
  • Ability to travel regionally in Asia and occasionally to the US as needed.
  • 2+ years of experience optical transceiver and/or electronic silicon wafer processing.
  • Proficiency in Thai is a strong expectation.
