About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Developing a narrative that informs, encourages, and engages internal and external audiences
  • Employing a range of messaging platforms and channels, including internal and executive communications, customer and partner engagements, social media, newsletters, and industry events
  • Producing employee-facing communications (e.g., organizational messages and All Hands meetings)
  • Producing external content for executive leadership (e.g., keynote presentations, customer and partner executive briefings, thought leadership content)
  • Working with product management teams to articulate our value proposition and deliver it as a narrative in the form of presentations, messaging documents, blogs, and more
  • Collaborating with senior leaders in Product Management and Marketing, as well as CX Engineering stakeholders, Corporate Communications, Corporate Marketing, and People & Communities
  • Partnering with central communications teams to align messaging and content and amplify relevant stories

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or related field
  • 10+ years in executive/internal/external communications
  • 5+ years supporting senior executives
  • 5+ years independently leading cross functional projects and communications
  • Ability to translate multi-dimensional content into simple and relatable concepts using tools such as PowerPoint, Video, AI Tools and/or scripting
