Key responsibilities & impact

Identifying and engaging with passive and active talent
Advising business leaders on best-in-industry hiring practices
Participating in continuous education to train leaders and interviewers on conducting quality interviews
Guiding stakeholders in crafting appealing and compliant job descriptions
Structuring interview panels and leading debriefs
Partnering with hiring managers on strategic talent planning through hire and onboarding of candidates
Developing strong business acumen to understand engineering teams' work in relation to long-term goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of recruiting experience (full-cycle preferred)
2+ years of experience hiring for Hardware or ASIC engineering
2+ years of proven experience working in a regulated industry, government contractor, or other corporate, OFCCP-compliant environment
Thorough understanding of EEO laws
Experience managing immigration in a recruiting landscape
Experience influencing business leaders to adopt new practices
Experience using data to analyze trends and identify roadblocks
Demonstrated experience staying aware of current, evolving trends in the AI field
