About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identifying and engaging with passive and active talent
- Advising business leaders on best-in-industry hiring practices
- Participating in continuous education to train leaders and interviewers on conducting quality interviews
- Guiding stakeholders in crafting appealing and compliant job descriptions
- Structuring interview panels and leading debriefs
- Partnering with hiring managers on strategic talent planning through hire and onboarding of candidates
- Developing strong business acumen to understand engineering teams' work in relation to long-term goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of recruiting experience (full-cycle preferred)
- 2+ years of experience hiring for Hardware or ASIC engineering
- 2+ years of proven experience working in a regulated industry, government contractor, or other corporate, OFCCP-compliant environment
- Thorough understanding of EEO laws
- Experience managing immigration in a recruiting landscape
- Experience influencing business leaders to adopt new practices
- Experience using data to analyze trends and identify roadblocks
- Demonstrated experience staying aware of current, evolving trends in the AI field
