Customer Success Specialist – Security

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic advisor and technical expert
- Lead targeted engagements that accelerate product adoption
- Facilitate executive-level workshops
- Provide feedback that directly crafts Cisco’s product roadmap
- Identify and mitigate adoption risks
- Document adoption plans and multi-functional communications
- Guide customers on strategic and tactical decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10–12+ years in security consulting or technical customer success roles
- Expert-level knowledge of Secure Access, Umbrella, DUO, ISE, NGFW, Secure Workload, and XDR/SNA
- Solid understanding of how security integrates with SDWAN and Data Center (ACI) architectures
- Expert in verifying customer requirements and driving ongoing utilisation of advanced security features across global ecosystems
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Multiple advanced certifications (CISSP or CISM plus CCIE preferred)
