About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conducts financial analysis to support client engagements, strategic initiatives, and internal business decisions
- Participates in client meetings to understand financial and regulatory position, define analysis objectives, and establish deliverables
- Collaborates with bank clients to gather required data and inputs for analysis
- Builds, updates, and maintains financial models to forecast performance, evaluate risk, and support capital planning
- Performs loan-level and portfolio-level analysis and prepares reports, dashboards, and client deliverables
- Supports the presentation and delivery of analysis results to clients and internal stakeholders
- Works with clients on an ongoing basis to support implementation and integration of analytical findings
- Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics
- Assists with budgeting, long-term planning, and forecast updates based on changing business conditions and market trends
- Identifies financial risks and contributes to the development of mitigation strategies
- Ensures accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory expectations and internal controls
- Collaborates cross-functionally to support operational and strategic initiatives
- Communicates financial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability within the finance function
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Generally, 1-4 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Accounting
- Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, financial planning software)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
