About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary advocate for our customers

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years in a Customer Success-related role
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Proficient with Console, Salesforce, Tableau, & Microsoft Suite including Excel and SharePoint
- Strong data analytics knowledge
- Willingness to travel up to ~10%
- CCNA or equivalent certification or experience preferred
