Key responsibilities & impact

Document, analyze, and optimize product operations processes
Identify system gaps, pain points, and automation opportunities
Develop and maintain process maps, operating procedures, and training documentation for Oracle
Partner with IT to manage configuration changes, testing and validation of system changes
Support data audits, compliance checks and reporting requirements for internal and external partners
Partner with product operations and engineering to support product releases, change orders and lifecycle status updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in a process improvement or business analyst role
Familiarity with fabless semiconductor operations including foundry interfaces, OSAT management, and engineering changes processes
Familiarity with setting up bills of material and New Product Introduction process
Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering or related field
Familiarity with MS Office Products, including Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Experience with Oracle Fusion Product Management modules
