About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a technical liaison between customer environments and Cisco product teams
- Design, deploy, optimize, migrate, and troubleshoot security solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve documentation quality
- Understand customer security goals and risk posture
- Develop project scopes aligned with customer security goals
- Participate in customer meetings and build relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors + 2 years of related experience, or Masters + 0 years of related experience
- An entry-level security certification, such as Cisco CyberOps Associate or CompTIA Security+
- Deep knowledge of security frameworks, threat models, and regulatory standards
- Strong understanding of automation, scripting, and orchestration
- Experience integrating security technologies in multi-vendor environments
