About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the Security & Trust Organization
Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and key business drivers
Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate use cases into technical solutions
Support the implementation of advanced analytics, automation, and AI-powered tools
Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance by maintaining high standards for data quality, documentation, lineage, and reporting accuracy
Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and cost optimization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, Bachelors + 2 years of relevant experience or Masters + 0 years of relevant experience
Experience using business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets and translating findings into actionable business recommendations using SQL and other data analysis tools
Experience supporting data automation, advanced analytics, predictive reporting, business intelligence initiatives, or emerging technology solutions
Must be a U.S. citizen with authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship
Experience with AI/ML solutions, Large Language Models (LLMs), natural language processing, AI-powered copilots, prompt engineering, predictive analytics, or automated reporting solutions preferred
Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages used for advanced analytics, automation, model development, or AI solution implementation preferred
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and data warehouses such as Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Databricks, or similar technologies preferred
Knowledge of financial data structures, accounting principles, forecasting processes, financial reporting environments, or business performance analytics preferred
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts and data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
