About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive overall cost management and oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from launch to EOL
- Supervising key areas including Engineering Change Management
- Managing product quality and cost
- Addressing sustaining issues such as line stop resolution, CAP accounts, AVL management, and manufacturing process improvement
- Orchestrating EOL Strategy and Planning development with integrated product teams
- Managing risks, including multi-source technology assessment, component, cost variance, and supply chain review over the product lifecycle
- Overseeing action planning for product field performance (quality) and driving initiatives for healthy gross margins
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS in Engineering or Supply chain related field
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain within the tech industry
- Experience in Program Management and Stakeholder Management
- Supply Chain Knowledge, particularly in Environments of Hi-Tech, Product Costing, and Margin Analysis
- Knowledge of PLM processes
- MBA in Engineering or Supply chain field (preferred)
- Six Sigma Certification (preferred)
- Agile, MSFT tools proficiency (preferred)
- Experience in hi-tech Electronics industry (preferred)
