define the technical direction for our Angular-based front-end platform
elevate the team through hands-on mentorship, architectural guidance, and a relentless focus on quality
own the end-to-end technical delivery of medium-to-large features—from design and architecture through to production
partner closely with UX, product management, and backend teams to ensure we are building the right solutions
lead the team’s adoption of AI-assisted development practices
establish patterns and workflows that enhance team efficiency and long-term codebase maintainability
contribute to shared component systems
shape our metadata-driven UI framework
communicate architectural trade-offs and delivery decisions to cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors in a STEM field with 8+ years of experience
Experience building production web applications with Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience architecting and delivering large-scale web applications or multi-team front-end features
Experience in front-end architecture principles, including component-based design, state management, performance optimization, and design system integration
Experience with signals-based reactivity in Angular, including NgRx Signals, for scalable and performant state management
