About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead team members to develop systems, scope and decompose projects, mitigate technical debt and risk, and promote best practices
Drive the development of project timelines, design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation, test plans and testing, and contribute to ongoing support of the product
Guide and mentor team members with a specific focus on architecture, software design, and security through 1-on-1 coaching and detailed code review feedback
Collaborate closely with Product Management and other specialists to understand customer needs and translate them into designs and product features
Assess and address security vulnerabilities detected by our ongoing Security testing activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors and 12+ years of related experience in a Software Engineering domain
Experience designing and delivering scalable Identity customer facing products and/or features
Experience in programming languages such as Golang and/or C++
Experience in building solutions on a diverse set of platforms (Cloud, AWS, Kubernetes)
