Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 years of diverse experience in workers’ compensation claims handling is required
Minimum of 4 years of claims management experience in California is required
In addition, expert claims handling knowledge and management experience in at least one of the following jurisdictions is preferred: Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon , or Utah
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Solid background in coverage analysis, reserving, claims investigation, and litigation management is required
Prior work with large or national accounts is required
