About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a team of 15–20 analytics and BI professionals
- Drive the vision for AI-enabled, conversational access to business data
- Lead change management efforts to prepare the organization for GenAI adoption
- Oversee and optimize the legacy reporting environment while managing transition efforts
- Balance current reporting needs with forward-looking analytics innovation
- Support and influence a federated community of 100+ analysts across the organization
- Collaborate with BD&A leaders to align with enterprise data and AI strategy
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver insight-driven value
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors Degree required
- Post-graduate degree preferred
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience in data and analytics, business intelligence, insurance data, or a closely related field, including meaningful leadership experience
- Insurance industry experience is strongly preferred
- Mastery of modern BI platforms such as Tableau and Power BI
- Familiarity with legacy platforms like Cognos is a plus
- Working fluency with cloud data platforms, Snowflake and Azure in particular
- A genuine point of view on GenAI in the BI space
- Demonstrated executive presence and business fluency
