Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage with customers to create value and deliver outcomes, adoption, and renewals
  • Proactively collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a unified customer experience across the lifecycle
  • Provide Day-2 support on Cisco products and solutions for customers
  • Demonstrate expertise across technologies, developing specialized insight in a sector or domain
  • Serve as a focal point for proactive problem resolution
  • Develops and delivers technical content and guidance that supports customer engagements and drives solution adoption
  • Leverage AI and automation to enhance delivery efficiency, innovation and customer outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in a technical field
  • 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, design, deployment, and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience and good knowledge in routing and switching protocols like: IGP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, ISIS, STP, RSTP, VTP, VSS, vPC, VDC, MSTP, LACP, VLAN,VXLAN-EVPN etc
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and experience in Cisco Routing and switching Platforms like Cisco ISR 1800/1900/2900/3900/4000 Series routers, ASR 1000 , Cat 9k,6500, 6800, 4500, Nexus 9k,7k
  • Good experience in one of the SDN technology(Cisco SDWAN/SDA/ACI)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
