About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect new opportunities and develop strategic account plans by engaging with technical and business decision makers
- Explore whitespace opportunities across Alphabet’s subsidiaries
- Build strong relationships within the various organizations, develop a deep understanding of their business and technical goals
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams to creatively sell across Cisco’s vast solutions portfolio and Services offerings
- Drive revenue growth by accurately forecasting sales commitments and negotiating deals
- Manage end-to-end deal cycles of moderate to high complexity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of field sales experience
- Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles within large, complex Enterprise customers
- Strong active listening skills
- Proven track record of building own book of business, hunting opportunities, and establishing new relationships quickly
- Proficiency in core networking technologies (switching, routing, wireless, and security) and software solutions (Splunk, ThousandEyes)
