Key responsibilities & impact

drive the modernization and governance of Cisco’s hybrid data landscape
ensure data integrity and cost-efficiency while architecting robust platforms

drive performance and cost-efficiency across Teradata and Snowflake
lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
evaluate emerging technologies and architectural approaches while documenting standards and guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of experience in data architecture, data warehousing, and enterprise database design
Experience with Teradata and Snowflake (performance/cost optimization)
advanced SQL skills and working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience in architecting and optimizing large-scale Teradata and Snowflake data environments
Experience in designing and governing high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines and complex data modeling methodologies
