About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of SET Executives managing multiple large, complex deal types and ensuring alignment with sales strategy and demand
- Direct resource utilization in accordance with strategic sales priorities and based on guidance from Americas leadership
- Review forecasts and other sales data and offer aggregated feedback from multiple accounts to influence deal planning
- Oversee consistent execution of deal strategies by streamlining processes and aligning team efforts across field, partner and virtual teams
- Coordinate joint planning sessions between field, partner and virtual teams for assigned opportunities
- Manage executive-level Cisco relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-year plus sales experience in the technology or related industry.
- 3-year plus experience in a leadership role within sales, business development, or a similar field
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence executives and key stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset, adept at working across various functions and teams within an organization to drive results.
- Strong commercial acumen, experience with developing successful business cases and navigating complex contracts.
