Senior Technical Product Manager – AI & Innovation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner closely with AI for IT workstream leads, architects, platform teams, and IT stakeholders to frame opportunities, drive discovery, define success criteria, and guide work through appropriate governance and delivery paths
- Own the AI for IT product narrative and roadmap—translating strategic intent, emerging technology, and team‑level experimentation into a prioritized portfolio of initiatives aligned to real IT workflows and measurable outcomes
- Serve as the primary IT‑side product lead for assigned AI for IT initiatives
- Support the AI Innovation Lab by structuring and framing AI experiments by supporting opportunity intake, problem definition, success criteria, and alignment to enterprise AI, security, and compliance standards,
- Reinforce repeatable operating practices—including governance touchpoints, documentation standards, and knowledge sharing to ensure insights extend beyond individual experiments
- Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Generally, a minimum of 6 years of related experience that includes experience in Technical Product Management
- Certification in Lean methodologies preferred
- Strong understanding of product development and development framework -- ideally Extreme Programming
- User-Centered Design certification preferred
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive problem solving and decision-making
- May own product strategy and execution, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business goals, and technology capabilities
- Strong customer focus by being responsive, consultative, collaborative and accurate in work approach.
