About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Tableau Developers.
- Ensure that Sales Leadership have access to the data, analytics and insights they need.
- Turn complex data into executive-ready insights, building visualizations that bring the data to life.
- Develop AI workflows to help our leaders make better compensation decisions faster.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Tableau Developers, encouraging a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with team members across Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and global regions to gather, document, and prioritize compensation reporting and analytics requirements.
- Oversee the design and automation of compensation dashboards using advanced data science techniques, including predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of proven experience leading and developing teams in data analytics, engineering, or business intelligence.
- Deep expertise in compensation analytics, business intelligence, and data science techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning).
- Demonstrated success in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements from diverse, geographically dispersed stakeholders.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau or similar BI/dashboard tools, including knowledge of data automation, ETL processes, and data quality best practices.
- 3+ years of executive communication and stakeholder management skills with a track record of delivering executive-ready insights that drive leadership decisions.
