About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Tableau Developers.
  • Ensure that Sales Leadership have access to the data, analytics and insights they need.
  • Turn complex data into executive-ready insights, building visualizations that bring the data to life.
  • Develop AI workflows to help our leaders make better compensation decisions faster.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Tableau Developers, encouraging a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with team members across Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and global regions to gather, document, and prioritize compensation reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Oversee the design and automation of compensation dashboards using advanced data science techniques, including predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of proven experience leading and developing teams in data analytics, engineering, or business intelligence.
  • Deep expertise in compensation analytics, business intelligence, and data science techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning).
  • Demonstrated success in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements from diverse, geographically dispersed stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau or similar BI/dashboard tools, including knowledge of data automation, ETL processes, and data quality best practices.
  • 3+ years of executive communication and stakeholder management skills with a track record of delivering executive-ready insights that drive leadership decisions.
