About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accountable for End-to-End delivery within the defined product
- Accountable for partnering with other dependent teams, and their delivery leads, for successful product delivery
- Coordinates across Product Owners, TPMs, and Delivery Leads to resolve blockers and delivery conflicts
- Ensures backlog is refined, sustainable, and actionable by delivery team
- Partners with delivery team to facilitate team ceremonies (standup, planning, retro, etc.)
- Responsible for partnering with tech team to understand technical direction and capabilities for decision making and trade-off discussions
- Partners with Product Owner on backlog prioritization and technical considerations
- Ensures cross-functional collaboration and decision making (Balanced Team)
- Accountable that defined SDLC practices are followed through all phases of development and maintenance
- Accountable for creating sustainable operational model with most efficient use of AMS
- Serves as the face of the product on the IT side - Primary escalation and communication point to the product team
- Partners with business and IT stakeholders to define product level vision, objectives, and strategies
- Partners with business stakeholders and Product Owners on further defining OKRs and overall success metrics for the product
- Monitors and Ensures product performance (e.g. KPIs & Key Results) meets expected results
- Accountable for ensuring Product Delivery team understands objectives and success criteria
- Partners with Tech Leads, Anchors, and UX to create delivery options to meet business objectives
- Partners with Delivery Leader on team needs, pain points, risks, and opportunities
- Partners with UX and Product Owner on user feedback and user data for future product direction
- Targets LEAN product principles (Lean teams, iterations, stories, releases)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Generally, a minimum of 6 years of related experience that includes experience in Technical Product Management
- Certification in Lean methodologies preferred
- Strong understanding of product development and development framework -- ideally Extreme Programming
- User-Centered Design certification preferred
