About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-stakes engineering programs
optimize our cloud platform and service reliability
partner with SRE and DevOps teams to identify technical inefficiencies
design and implement scalable automation within ITSM platforms to reduce manual toil
utilize Splunk to perform deep-dive analysis on failure patterns, capacity trends, and delivery efficiency
navigate a complex global operational environment
serve as a Lead or Co-owning TPM, maintaining high-integrity project artifacts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
8+ years of demonstrated ability in technical program or product management
strong focus on IT/TechOps, SRE, or cloud platforms
Experience with ITSM platforms (JIRA, ServiceNow)
Familiarity with query languages (SPL, JQL) and scripting/automation tools (Python, Groovy, GitLab, or similar)
strong knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, DevSecOps, SDLC)
advanced ability to define success metrics, interpret complex dashboards, and derive technical conclusions
excellent verbal and written skills for synthesizing technical data into executive-friendly summaries
