About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Customer Lifecycle Marketing teams to unify strategy, design, and content, accelerating alignment and innovation
- Translate high-level business and marketing strategies into tangible experiences that resonate with the team and key stakeholders
- Architect and communicate clear, compelling narratives that define and reinforce the organization’s strategic direction
- Refine and optimize lifecycle content and design elements to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and business outcomes
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing design-driven insights that influence decision-making and lifecycle initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field
- 10 years + of experience in marketing strategy, content strategy, design, or related
- Experience working across cross-functional marketing teams such as web, content, brand, or customer marketing
- Experience creating business-facing and customer-facing materials such as strategic presentations, internal communications, or enablement assets
- Experience using common design and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
