About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Draft and negotiate lease and loan agreements, assignment of receivables, and collateral documentation
Provide practical, business-minded legal advice to Sales, Risk, and Finance teams
Lead the adoption of new AI tools to drive efficiency and support the rollout of our next-generation CLM system
Manage external counsel when necessary, ensuring high-quality output and cost-effective outcomes
Collaborate with your peers to refine our processes and contribute to a culture of constant, positive evolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (J.D. or equivalent)
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a trusted advisor or negotiator of finance transactions in a law firm, financial institution, or multinational business
In-depth knowledge of equipment/asset finance contracting and general business law
Proven ability to negotiate and draft agreements in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
Outstanding organizational skills and a relentless commitment to continuous improvement
Demonstrated interest or experience in leveraging LegalTech, specifically AI-driven tools and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, to streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency.
