Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors + 7 years of related experience, or Masters + 4 years of related experience
May lead medium scale mechanical engineering projects
Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop Cisco products
Drives medium features from architecture and design through fabrication and delivery
Assists manufacturing team with fixture design
Applies FMEA techniques to resolve fabrication and manufacturing issues
Develops test plans
Performs structural simulations
Performs complex system level stack up tolerance studies
Sets standards for BoM and materials
