Key responsibilities & impact

help customers be successful with Cilium Enterprise
engage with assigned customer accounts to accelerate value realization
build technical relationships with key customer stakeholders
conduct workshops for customers on product capabilities
collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve customer issues
create workshops, training materials, reference architectures, product documentation
stay passionate about technology and collaborate with technical talent

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s + 8 years of experience or Master’s + 6 years of experience or equivalent industry experience
3+ years of experience in advanced Kubernetes architectural components
3+ years of experience assisting customers in adopting Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies
3+ years of networking knowledge, with in-depth experience in Kubernetes networking
knowledge of operating systems security best practices
experience embedding monitoring in designed solutions
experience designing Kubernetes-based systems
familiarity with automation tools for repetitive tasks
