About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will have direct responsibility for technical excellence and revenue growth across mission-critical franchises
Provide technical direction and business guidance to the Amazon Account team while leading a team of Solutions Engineers
Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy plan in partnership with the Client Executive (CE) and Account Managers
Actively develop and maintain the engineering team strategy
Drive innovative programs and lead day-to-day activities that help meet operational revenue goals
Lead and mentor a team of dedicated Solutions Engineers
Collaborate to co-create and co-develop strategic engineering initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
7-10 years of related presales experience with proven experience in engineering leadership roles
Strong technical background in two or more of the following: Enterprise Networking, Security, Wireless, SDWAN, Network Automation, AWS Cloud Infrastructure, or related technologies
Proven success in building and scaling high-performing teams
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, get results, and manage complex engineering projects
Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and standard methodologies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Advanced degree in Engineering (MS), Business (MBA), or related field a plus
