- develop and execute sales strategies and tactics
- responsible for accurate forecasting and regular deal reviews
- lead account executives in development and expansion of opportunities
- engage in deal inspection and drive accountability
- build and maintain strong executive-level relationships
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical sales experience
- 5+ years of sales management experience of a technical sales organization
- Experience leading sales teams within the US Federal market
- Current knowledge of Federal and Security market trends
- Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
