Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Field Sales Systems Engineering
  • 5+ years of direct leadership experience managing and growing systems engineering teams
  • Proven track record of managing large revenue responsibility, business complexity, and profit/loss centers
  • Experience leading within large, complex, or matrixed organizations
  • Demonstrated experience in driving Architecture Strategy and Plan Attainment
  • Strong executive presence and political savvy
