Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Field Sales Systems Engineering
- 5+ years of direct leadership experience managing and growing systems engineering teams
- Proven track record of managing large revenue responsibility, business complexity, and profit/loss centers
- Experience leading within large, complex, or matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated experience in driving Architecture Strategy and Plan Attainment
- Strong executive presence and political savvy
