- Support operating facilities and projects through technical engineering knowledge and project management skills
- Optimize facilities to deliver maximum value safely and reliably
- Provide technical engineering support for turnarounds and projects
- Develop and/or deploy industry leading technologies to reduce carbon, increase efficiency and maximize returns
- Use digitalization and data analytics to improve process operations and safety
- Complete Chevron's Horizons Program for early-career development
Requirements
- Students completing the last year of the requirements for their bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering
- Individuals with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering with two years or less directly related work experience
- Strong academic performance in core programs
- Communication, leadership, teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Position may require driving on a routine basis
