About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create, manage, and drive opportunities in collaboration with Cisco partners
  • Manage a designated portfolio of accounts in an assigned sales segment or tier
  • Cover the entire Cisco portfolio
  • Meet quota targets and manage all sales opportunities for the assigned account list
  • Ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
  • Develop expertise in Cisco’s Networking (NX) portfolio and competitive positioning
  • Lead territory planning and cross-architecture opportunities
  • Maintain pipeline excellence and accurate forecasting
  • Apply sales best practices and advanced technology tools

  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Specialist sellers
  • Travel occasionally for key customer and partner engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B selling experience
  • Proven achievement of at least 100% quota attainment or year-over-year growth of 10% or more
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle
  • Strong business sense
  • Ability to communicate customer value propositions effectively
  • Active listening skills to identify current and future customer challenges
  • Data-driven decision-making skills for pipeline analysis and accurate sales forecasting
  • Strong relationship management skills with partners and customers
  • Flexible and resilient problem-solving ability
  • Experience using digital selling tools such as Salesforce
  • Ability to work in a flexible hybrid role with occasional travel for key customer and partner engagements
