About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create, lead, and drive opportunities with Cisco partners for a designated portfolio of Mid-Market prospecting accounts
  • Generate new leads and drive new business growth across Cisco’s full portfolio
  • Achieve quota targets and manage prospecting opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Lead territory planning, pipeline reviews, and cross-architecture opportunities
  • Collaborate with partners to drive deals and customer adoption
  • Maintain pipeline excellence and accurate forecasting
  • Adhere to sales best practices
  • Leverage Cisco product portfolio knowledge, industry trends, and advanced technology tools to optimize customer engagement
  • Operate in a hybrid work model with occasional travel for key customer and partner meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent industry
  • Demonstrated achievement of at least 100% quota attainment or year-over-year growth of 10% or more
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of at least 50 prospecting accounts
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle preferred
  • Passion for sales and building positive relationships
  • Strong business sense and ability to communicate the value proposition effectively
  • Ability to use active listening to identify current and future customer challenges and propose process-improving solutions
  • Strong relationship management skills with partners and customers
  • Understanding of Public Sector Selling motions preferred
