About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define unified platform defaults across packaging, installation, versioning, automated upgrades, and lifecycle administration
- Steward foundational building blocks for multi-tenant isolation, identity, RBAC authorization, persistent state, and runtime observability
- Translate complex architectural challenges into sequenced, high-velocity milestones with measurable exit criteria and rapid prototyping
- Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, security, architecture, and go-to-market leaders
- Drive crucial executive commitments
- Own strategic platform outcomes across the full application and agent lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree + 12 years of related experience, Master's degree + 8 years of related experience, or PhD + 5 years of related experience
- Prior experience in software product management or technical product leadership for enterprise software platforms
- Experience leading product strategy, roadmap definition, and platform lifecycle management for developer platforms, cloud runtimes, or multi-tenant SaaS environments
- Experience directing cross-functional delivery across engineering, identity/security, and operations from definition through production launch
- 12+ years of product management experience for enterprise cloud platforms, PaaS, or developer ecosystems preferred
- Experience with generative AI, agentic runtimes, tool integrations, and open protocols such as Model Context Protocol / MCP preferred
- Experience establishing platform extension models, manifests, contracts, APIs, or application marketplace ecosystems preferred
- Background in API inspection, rapid technical prototyping, and modern AI coding tools preferred
