Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of Premier accounts
  • Modernize customer infrastructure through Switching and Campus Fabric architectures
  • Design resilient, scalable, and secure network environments
  • Support customers’ digital transformation goals
  • Bridge complex engineering requirements and executive stakeholder needs
  • Act as a mentor and technical lead
  • Enable internal teams and customer engineering staff to support and evolve network environments
  • Maintain high standards of network performance and availability
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, internal teams, and customer engineering staff

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, network architecture, or a related technical field
  • Deep technical proficiency in enterprise switching, including L2/L3 protocols, VXLAN, and EVPN
  • Consistent record of designing and running Campus Fabric deployments for enterprise environments
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to technical staff and business leadership
  • Ability to lead technical workstreams and mentor junior engineers
  • Experience supporting high-touch, enterprise-level Premier accounts preferred
  • Familiarity with software-defined networking and automated provisioning workflows preferred
  • Active professional-level industry certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with multi-vendor integration and legacy-to-modern network migrations preferred
  • Enablement experience, including technical documentation, workshops, and knowledge-transfer sessions preferred
  • Collaborative, proactive, customer-first professional demeanor preferred
