About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end strategy, deployment, and optimization of complex multi-domain solutions across SD-Access, SD-WAN, and Routing & Switching for strategic customers
Review and approve designs and deliverables
Provide input to customer hardware and software roadmaps
Embed Resilience and Security by Design
Integrate AI, automation, and AIOps into delivery practices
Manage the team's knowledge repository, playbooks, and reusable intellectual property
Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues
Build advanced customer simulations and lead resolution across vendors and partners
Mentor junior Consulting Engineers
Build leadership presence through industry events
Use competitive insights to differentiate Cisco solutions
Shape customer hardware and software roadmaps and integrate emerging AI and AIOps capabilities into the delivery practice

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's + 9 years, Master's + 7 years of related experience, or equivalent relevant work experience
Active CCNP certification
7+ years of hands-on experience architecting, deploying, and optimizing enterprise-scale Cisco networks
Expertise across Cisco SD-Access or Cisco SD-WAN/Meraki and enterprise Routing & Switching, including BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS/Segment Routing, VXLAN/LISP, multicast, and segmentation
Experience with software programmability, automation, orchestration, and AIOps
Experience with Python, Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD, NETCONF/YANG, and REST APIs
CCIE certification preferred
Specialized domain expertise preferred, such as Healthcare, BFSI, Public Sector, or Service Provider
Proven track record of leading multi-million-dollar engagements and complex transformation programs preferred
Strong executive communication, mentorship, and thought-leadership skills
Experience contributing to industry forums or technical publications
Strategic mindset with business and financial acumen
DevNet (DevOps) specialization is a plus
