About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and operationalize long-term compliance and cloud assurance strategies
Ensure efficient regional market access and regulatory readiness
Drive standardization, automation, and portfolio governance across on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid environments
Lead AI and intelligent workflow initiatives to scale compliance operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance audit readiness
Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and GTM teams to improve execution and remove blockers
Develop executive-ready dashboards and metrics for data-driven decision-making and program maturity
Build scalable compliance frameworks and influence cross-functional executives
Drive operational transformation and rigor in a dynamic, matrixed environment
Communicate with technical engineering teams and executive leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related experience, or Master's degree plus 4 years of related experience
7+ years of experience in cloud security, compliance, strategic operations, or technical program management
3+ years leading cross-functional programs or strategic projects in cloud/enterprise technology environments
Deep expertise in cloud security and compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and CSA STAR
Proven ability to drive enterprise transformation and operational maturity
Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Professional security certification such as CISSP, CISM, CCSK, AWS Security Specialty, or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer is highly preferred
Experience designing and scaling product compliance or cloud assurance programs across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid environments is preferred
Experience applying AI, automation, workflow optimization, or data analytics is preferred
