About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and operationalize long-term compliance and cloud assurance strategies
  • Ensure efficient regional market access and regulatory readiness
  • Drive standardization, automation, and portfolio governance across on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid environments
  • Lead AI and intelligent workflow initiatives to scale compliance operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance audit readiness
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and GTM teams to improve execution and remove blockers
  • Develop executive-ready dashboards and metrics for data-driven decision-making and program maturity
  • Build scalable compliance frameworks and influence cross-functional executives
  • Drive operational transformation and rigor in a dynamic, matrixed environment
  • Communicate with technical engineering teams and executive leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related experience, or Master's degree plus 4 years of related experience
  • 7+ years of experience in cloud security, compliance, strategic operations, or technical program management
  • 3+ years leading cross-functional programs or strategic projects in cloud/enterprise technology environments
  • Deep expertise in cloud security and compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and CSA STAR
  • Proven ability to drive enterprise transformation and operational maturity
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Professional security certification such as CISSP, CISM, CCSK, AWS Security Specialty, or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer is highly preferred
  • Experience designing and scaling product compliance or cloud assurance programs across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid environments is preferred
  • Experience applying AI, automation, workflow optimization, or data analytics is preferred
