Key responsibilities & impact- Define and operationalize long-term compliance and cloud assurance strategies
- Drive efficient regional market access and regulatory readiness
- Standardize, automate, and govern compliance portfolios across on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid environments
- Lead AI and intelligent workflow initiatives to scale compliance operations and improve audit readiness
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and GTM teams to improve execution and remove blockers
- Develop executive-ready dashboards and metrics for data-driven decision-making and program maturity
- Lead global expansion and compliance programs, including business case evaluation, customer impact, dependency management, prioritization, and roadmap alignment
- Plan and execute product compliance availability, certifications, regional expansion, and regulated-market readiness
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Security, Sales, and Legal
- Influence stakeholders through collaboration and data-driven insights
- Support market-access impact analysis and certification prioritization
- Develop monitoring processes for emerging compliance and regulatory trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of related experience, or Master’s degree plus 4 years of related experience
- 7+ years of experience in cloud security, compliance, strategic operations, or technical program management
- 3+ years leading cross-functional programs or strategic projects in cloud/enterprise technology environments
- Deep expertise in cloud security and compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and CSA STAR
- Proven ability to drive enterprise transformation and operational maturity
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience designing and scaling product compliance or cloud assurance programs across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid environments
- Experience translating requirements into market expansion and roadmap priorities
- Experience applying AI, automation, workflow optimization, or data analytics to reduce manual effort, improve audit readiness, and create executive-ready performance insights
- Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSK, AWS Security Specialty, or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer are highly preferred
