About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Further develop and implement the partner strategy
- Build, manage and scale strategic partnerships in the SaaS, ERP, finance, procurement and payment ecosystems
- Responsible for achieving partner revenue, pipeline and growth targets
- Manage the entire partner lifecycle — from identifying and acquiring new partners to the long-term development of existing relationships
- Develop joint go-to-market, co-selling and growth strategies with partners
- Build scalable partner programs, enablement concepts and success models
- Conduct regular business reviews with strategic partners
- Support contract negotiations and commercial agreements
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Customer Success to maximize partner success
- Define, analyze and manage relevant KPIs to measure partner success
- Regular reporting, forecasting and presentation of results to management
- Provide functional and disciplinary leadership and further develop the Partner Sales team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in partner management, channel sales, business development or indirect sales — ideally in SaaS, FinTech, payment or software environments
- Initial or several years of leadership experience and a passion for developing employees and teams
- Proven track record in building and growing strategic B2B partnerships
- Experience developing and executing partner and go-to-market strategies
- Understanding of digital business models and SaaS solutions, and ideally finance, payment or procure-to-pay processes
- Strong sales orientation and experience meeting revenue and growth targets
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Analytical, data-driven working style
- Ability to work cross-functionally and succeed in a dynamic growth environment
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
