About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Further develop and implement the partner strategy
  • Build, manage and scale strategic partnerships in the SaaS, ERP, finance, procurement and payment ecosystems
  • Responsible for achieving partner revenue, pipeline and growth targets
  • Manage the entire partner lifecycle — from identifying and acquiring new partners to the long-term development of existing relationships
  • Develop joint go-to-market, co-selling and growth strategies with partners
  • Build scalable partner programs, enablement concepts and success models
  • Conduct regular business reviews with strategic partners
  • Support contract negotiations and commercial agreements
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Customer Success to maximize partner success
  • Define, analyze and manage relevant KPIs to measure partner success
  • Regular reporting, forecasting and presentation of results to management
  • Provide functional and disciplinary leadership and further develop the Partner Sales team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in partner management, channel sales, business development or indirect sales — ideally in SaaS, FinTech, payment or software environments
  • Initial or several years of leadership experience and a passion for developing employees and teams
  • Proven track record in building and growing strategic B2B partnerships
  • Experience developing and executing partner and go-to-market strategies
  • Understanding of digital business models and SaaS solutions, and ideally finance, payment or procure-to-pay processes
  • Strong sales orientation and experience meeting revenue and growth targets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Analytical, data-driven working style
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and succeed in a dynamic growth environment
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
